It has bee over two weeks, and I haven't got the package yet. I tried to contact to the cs but they only gave me invalid tracking link. I am still suspicious whether I can get the one or now. I don't think I will use this website ever again.

The only area for improvement is to offer even one of your many discounts (that you sent in dozens of emails after purchase) BEFORE my purchase. Or, failing that, offer a discount after first tube runs out, which will give me incentive to buy second tube from you instead of from one of your competitors.
