Never had any problem before but my product arrived leaking this time. Customer support offered store credit and I said I wanted a refund or replacement and they haven’t got back to me.

U haven’t even delivers my order and it’s been 5 weeks it said it was returned to sender and yet I don’t see a refund after sending u multiple emails for one

Awful service. . makes it impossible to make a return or exchange. Does not respond to queries. Avoid shopping here.
