Everything was going well with the delivery

Shipping was 2 weeks and arrived damaged not the package but the device i ordered was malfunctioned i couldnt even use it for 1 min still plastic on

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with StyleVana. My order was never delivered due to some supposed “shipping issue. ” Their customer service kept assuring me for a while that they were looking into it, but the case never actually progressed. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’m very disappointed and would advise others to be cautious before ordering.
