Really disappointed that my order arrived damaged and empty and Stylevana only offered a credit to use on a future order. In this case I should recieve a refund. I will be careful about purchasing from this site ever again. It was my first order and I am not impressed, wouldn’t reccomend a company that doesn’t take accountability for the products they sell.

Performance not meeting expectations. It’s not really useful

I really love Stylevana for my Asian Beauty shopping. They have a wide selection (J-Beauty, K-Beauty, and even some Chinese brands). I think they have reasonable prices and usually have lots of promotions and sales. The one gripe I have is that delivery can take some time, but I never had a lost package or anything. I just treat all my buys as a pre-order so mentally allocate at least a month for delivery here in West Coast Canada.
