It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t gotten my product, it’s very disappointing

Third item that I received that smelled terrible. None of them were expired. And used a few days after receiving the package. Just because it’s outside of 48 hour policy, nothing could be done. I buy so many products from here, I can’t use them all within 48 hours to ensure they’re okay. So disappointed. Three times! Three different products. I don’t know how these items are being stored but they smell awful. I can’t risk purchasing here anymore, unfortunately. I don’t know what I will get.

Shipping was fast, and the item was very well packed. It arrived in excellent condition. I just wish the outer box and the cream container had tamper-evident seals for extra peace of mind. Overall, I'm happy with the product so far, and my skin feels soft and well moisturized after using it.
