My experience with Stylevana was excellent. The whole checkout process was very simple and smooth, and everything was easy to navigate. The order arrived on time — actually even a little earlier than the promised delivery window, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was very well done. I have ordered close to 40 orders as of 2022 with Stylevana. So it’s been about 4 years that I have consistently shopped with them. I received all my orders. There was one that was delivered to my neighbour’s house but I was able to get it. I would say that’s a 100% “I recieved my order rate”, and a 97% issue free rate. Customer Service has always been responsive as well. Over the years, I have noticed improvements in their customer service and shipping speed. Emails are more professional and responsive. Previously orders used to take 5-6 weeks to Canada, now only take 2-3 weeks. Keep up the good work Stylevana!

Love your products love the website variety love the pricing, but it has taken so long for my first order to come but the second one I’m still waiting and I ordered it a few weeks ago several weeks ago the wait times are absolutely ridiculous and it makes me not want to suggest it to other people
