This is a strong Azelaic acid cream that is very effective for a number of skin conditions. The cream has quite a heavy texture - a cross between a cream and an ointment - and due to its strength, it can feel a bit tingly to start with. If you have been using a prescription Azelaic cream, this is a similar sort of thing but much less expensive. Note that Cos de Baha also have a 15% Azelaic serum that works well, if creams are not your thing. It has done a great job controlling my husband’s rosacea bumps.
