Shipping is always great, but their customer support is really disappointing. I once received a defective item and was given a coupon code instead of a refund. I never used the coupon, because it can’t be combined with the 24% discount they often offer. Since I always order over €100 to avoid shipping costs, the 24% discount is worth more than the €13 coupon they gave me as compensation. The defective item was an oxidized foundation that had even leaked.
