The shipping was very good. I believe it came a day earlier . I did have a question and I gave him a call on the phone and actually someone picked up it and I was able to have a conversation with them. Made myself a little more confident in the machine. I just need to dial it and where I want it. It’ll take time but I’m pretty sure it will be worth it.

This thing is a unit! I’m partial to the concentrate attachment. The dry material doesn’t have temp settings, and honestly - that destroys the flavor for me. However, the concentrate tank is ELITE as well as the device as a whole!
