I love receiving my box of luxurious, earth friendly candles. I unwrap them lovingly and pop in my refills- then 100% of the packaging goes into the worm farm (sub-pod). Everyone is happy at the end of the day! Tried the new campfire scent this time and its lovely and rich. Then ol' faithful reef and bush walk. Thanks team!

I am a regular customer and had a problem with the wick lifting off the base of the candle not only did they replace the candle they produced a video on how to get the leftover wax out so it can be used and not wasted Excellent sustainable practice and thorough customer service could not recommend the product or customer service more highly
