Very poor customer service. Do not rely on the sample swatches as the quality of the final resolution. Quite deceiving! The samples are pin sharp but the final products are not, which is fine as it is to be used as a backdrop but the samples need to reflect this in print quality. Also customer service is almost non-existent.

Really happy with the grey marble back/floor drop. Customer service was excellent, they customised required size and sent out a proof copy within minutes of my enquiry, shipped out that day and delivered next working day. Very good quality and the vinyl looked great on the photos. Will be ordering more from this company.
