Great on line ordering system and good offers but was disappointed recently when my last order ( after I had chased it several times) failed to arrive ! I was desperate for the item and had to go and purchase it elsewhere !! I did get a refund but it was a lot of hassle and time taken trying to find out where the order was. Wasn’t happy on this occasion.
