Better get your size right the first time because they completely ignore you if you try to return. Submitted a return request following their instructions and no one ever sent the return information. Have sent multiple emails.

I ordered custom hats for my business and I love the quality and variety they were able to give me. Their embroidery detail was pretty impressive too. The thing that sealed the deal for me was customer service. Although there was a bit of miscommunication and I received a few items different than I anticipated, they made it up to me quickly and offered several ways to fix it. Next batch of custom hats I need, I'll be coming back.

I bought my brother a hat for Christmas in the average size. That hat looks beautiful and is well constructed but is so shallow and small it almost looks like its for a child and it dosnt fit very well on his head at all and hes not got a large or anything. Definitely a little disappointing

I wear a lot of baseball caps but wanted a black one without a logo. I found Storied Hats and saw that theirs was wool, and since it's winter here in New England that option was apropos. I ended up ordering THREE! I got Midnight Black Wool (for a seriously cool touch of formality) Admiral Blue Wool (goes great with jeans) and Golden Beige (for that summer look in the winter). I had my doubts when they arrived but after adjusting the belt for size, I am very happy with all three. Now the colors I didn't order look compelling. A side note: the website references Zach. Zach is a real person. He spent an inordinate amount of time helping me navigate the website. This is a company of real people, and a company with much integrity and sustainable practices. Highly recommended!

This is the 6th Storied hat I’ve bought. They look great, have no logos and are made with sustainable products. The Sky Blue is light weight, soft and very comfortable. These are the nicest hat’s I’ve ever seen and will only buy from Storied in the future.

I have a small head, so I bought a size "small" hat. Let me tell you, this is the best hat I have ever owned -- it hugs my head nicely with no awkward gaps that larger "one-size-fits-all" hats tend to give me, and it is extremely soft. I was so impressed I immediately went and bought two more. Looking forward to everything Storied Hats does in the future; I will be a customer for life.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!!! I have a tiny head and have always looked like a five year old wearing his dad's hat. You had me with the availability of small sizes alone, but the no logo and quality materials/build really sealed the deal. As a 40 year old man suffering the effects of male pattern baldness and living in the hot petrochemical swamp of Houston, I'm finally not going to feel ridiculous when wearing a hat in public! Comfy too! Bought the Grey & Charcoal and the Forest Sky hats. With the former being the most comfortable and the latter having an even better look/fit.

Wore it for the first time outside of my house and it looks real good with my look. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I was expecting the quality of the hat to be a lot more softer but I didn't realize that it was it partially hemp. If a 100% cotton version is available in the future, I'll probably purchase it!

I got the Black waves and Everyday Grey and both were exactly how I hoped they would be. The grey is minimalist with a nice natural curve in the brim. I was questioning the Black waves because it was corduroy, but it ended up being and excellent daily wear. All I want now is a Everyday Black.

I love, love, looooooove my new hat. As soon as I put it on I instantly felt a little bit cooler. I'm not sure how they did it but I'm pretty sure there is some sort of chemical or enzyme in the material that causes you to have more positive thoughts as soon as you put one of these puppies on. Which I'm totally cool with as long as it doesn't lead to some form of mind control. It leaves its wearer with an overall sense of wellness, more confidence and general awesomeness. I can dance better with this hat on. My omolettes come out fluffier and more symmetrical and I'm pretty sure animals react more lovingly to me (I swear a squirrel winked at me the other day). It's well made and looks great. Might be sliiiiightly large for me but I admittedly have a very small head. Normal sized headed people should have zero issues. Buy one of these hats. No, buy a dozen of these hats. Put it on and kick back knowing you're making the universe a more positive place.

Small size snapback, fits perfectly backwards and pretty decent forward. 5 stars for quality and comfort. I wish I was paid to say that. It really is just top notch. I will buy your snapbacks in the future releases!
