Excellent service & communication, couldn't really fault them, only gripe was they said on their site that it was in stock but when I ordered it turned out it was not, after this they did manage to get one delivered to me as quickly as possible.

My order was dispatch slightly early then i expected so was pleased, the only reason for only 4 stars is the packing was posted in just very thin plastic no outer box or packing of any kind, as this is a new item it is nice to have a new looking retail box which luckily mine was but it could of been easily crunched.

I opened a live chat to report this but ended up missing out on the offer, however this was later rectified through some fantastic customer service.
