My order was dispatch slightly early then i expected so was pleased, the only reason for only 4 stars is the packing was posted in just very thin plastic no outer box or packing of any kind, as this is a new item it is nice to have a new looking retail box which luckily mine was but it could of been easily crunched.

There was an issue with the website when trying to take advantage of an early bird offer. I opened a live chat to report this but ended up missing out on the offer, however this was later rectified through some fantastic customer service. The order arrived earlier than expected and I'm very pleased with it so far.
