Love the WS1 and the incredible functions it provides. But tech support is awful. Had an issue with the splitter and a 5V supply in my remote home. Provided enough information to tech support to initiate a diagnosis. But in the numerous messages that went back and forth over several weeks, the support agent would not answer *one* question I had. Nor was he courteous. Upon my return to my remote home, resolved the issue myself.

Saves you a lot of headaches!! Way better than Traceable thermometers. You can set-up your Ubibot to notify you when the temp is going out of range so you can prevent inventory disaster

They also were actionable when I informed them that a price drop occurred shortly after I purchased the ws1-wifi. They refunded to me the difference and it's in my account. Got to say we love it. We currently have several calibrated Temp & Humidity monitors on our production floor where we have to record daily the values. We still do that as a required record. But what the UbiBot has done, is give us real data to see what happens across the days and nights and allow us to diagnose any issues before going below our humidity cutoff.

Excellent company to deal with and great hardware

I love our ubibot I can see exactly what is happening in the house from wherever I am in the world. I would love to review the history with the charting features but I assume I would need a subscription to do this. As it is it is still great. Anthony

Was happy with the WS1 until I had to change WiFi network. Devices then stopped working with Google Home. Initialization procedure apparently rewritten for updated firmware in WS1A devices and not compatible with WS1 firmware which cannot be updated. I now have a number of WS1s that are of no use to me though they still work with IFTTT. Am moving to Tapo T310. Has inconvenience of a hub but much cheaper and should have longer battery life. Also updates on temperature changes rather than time which gives better temperature control. On the plus side found Ubibot support quick easy and helpful though the outcome was disappointing.

I have been using UBIBOT devices to monitor the environment in my home for about 3 years. The temperature/humidity sensors are the best i've found, are easy to set up and the customer service from UBIBOT is great. Also the app for my phone as well for my PC is really helpful and well set out. I recently bought the new AQS1 air quality sensor which i've installed in my living area. This device also measures C02 levels which most don't do making it extremely useful especially during winter when my windows are closed and heating is on. I recommend UBIBOT to anyone looking for environmental sensors whether for home or professionally.
