Have purchased Double Helix Water from your shop for quite some time because it is reasonably priced. Will most likely purchase again.

I ordered labs and planned the day to do them, abstained from the foods emailed to me and when I opened up the kit to prepare for the next morning I noticed the paper inside mentioned completely different foods to avoid and even said the test had to be taken on a certain day of my cycle which was never mentioned in the email either. I have a lot of respect for SOH and know labs and online appts is a huge part of what you do so I expected a smooth process. It’s been very confusing and I feel lost about the labs and navigating this whole process. I had concerns about pricing early on after my initial appt and asked for other recommendations if I wasn’t able to make the suggested labs work. I was given a quick list with abbreviations for lab names. No links, prices listed or anything. I’m a busy mom and it took me a couple weeks to sit down and try to figure it all out myself. Figure out where to find the prices, look each one up and then add up the suggested combos. One of them wasn’t even on the site. It was pretty frustrating. It’s already an emotional process for me to make this step and it’s disappointing that the process isn’t smoother. When I opened up the stool sample box one of the vials with red liquid had leaked all over the box and paperwork. I assumed it was contaminated and had to call VW to get a new one which sadly puts another hiccup in the process and timing. I also had issues when I went to get my bloodwork done. Vibrant wellness tell you you can go to certain locations but the email said Lab corp which is confusing. When I brought the blood kit in the people were confused and it took about 30 mins or so Before they would even take me back because they seemed skeptical and said they’ve never seen this before. Anyway I’m praying the rest of this process goes better and am thankful for SOH. I hope you’re able to make some changes to your systems and make it a smoother process for your patients :)

Easy to use search. Delivery is free (over $50) which makes it more affordable for me. Never had a damaged shipment in the past eight years.
