Yes! Thank you. All in all Secret Energy is without a doubt an amazing platform in this world today! It combines the perfect amount of information, like minded people, complete with positive vibration- that make the entire experience a warm and welcoming one! The app itself is very good. The app in places (as I gather) is still forming its perfect structure. The accessing of information works wonderfully. It’s only on clicking on certain buttons where you are met without a viable link to a source; I recall the Joules part as where this happened. The products are amazing- I have a few lined up to purchase! The new chat combination is also epic! It’s beyond the realms, b ing able to synchronise with so many like minded people GLOBALLY!!! All in all the userbility is very good. It can only become better!!! The help services/ service works wonders. My question was answered swiftly and professionally. Business is great, really professional. I did send an email with a 2 page letter (which meant a lot to me) to Sevan early June and he got back with me about 10 days after that. He wrote the following: 'Wholeness Wim and thank you for connecting. Fill this out for me so I can take a look under the hood and I will get back to you with some advice. I also have some senior Adepts I work with so I may have them reach you depending on the scenario. All the best! :-)' I'm still waiting for somebody to reach out.
