I got this and immediately tried it. Woke up the next morning with no mucous to cough up and no post nasal drip! I struggle with sinus issues and post nasal drip is my insecurity. I checked my tongue and it's so pink. Will buy another one.

I could tell the difference in my post nasal drip in 2 days. It is a relief to stop using the steroids. I do notice that I get constipated with it, so I have to take things to help that along.

Breathe Free by Rootlogy has been a must for me since I first tried it several years ago. My nasal passages seem to open and my ability to breath is greatly enhanced.
