I really like the DISC Assessment and appreciated the updated PDF format. The content was helpful, professional, and easy to follow. My only frustration was the login process. The web address provided was extremely long, which made it confusing and difficult to enter on a mobile device. During the live meeting, several members of my team had difficulty accessing the site, and within about five minutes of our first successful login using the direct address, the link began returning a 404 error. Fortunately, we were able to provide the correct landing page through another route, so we weren't completely stuck. However, it created unnecessary confusion during the training session and was a little embarrassing while trying to get everyone connected. Providing a QR code for mobile users, simplifying the login URL, and ensuring links remain active would make the overall experience much smoother. Overall, I found the DISC Implementation Kit valuable and would recommend it, but the access experience could use some refinement.
