I’m a non-anxious guy and I thought I’d read this to gain perspective about my anxious wife and son. It helped with that, but also gave me some great action points and insight into things I was doing that caused issues. It’s a great guide for everyone and and easy read. Well written and I think it means more when the author writes from experience and not from textbook learning.

Every teen and adult should have a class like this. My homeschool daughter who is a junior in high school is enjoying the course and already calculating what would happen if she took $1000 of her saving and invested it now etc. I plan to have all 7 of my kids take this course.
