The Website is easy to use. I can navigate easily throughout. Just one concern: I am not always certain I understand one test versus another when the two are similar (as in the Vitamin D blood test). Thanks for the 30% discounts! they help.

It is difficult to locate where you can make the appointment online, then when you find it you find an appointment is not necessary.

Doctors are spread so thin, they can often be dismissive of what a patient says they are experiencing, in order to make their next appointment on time. I like that PersonaLabs allows patients to select from a broader list of testing options that quest or labcorp websites offer through their own official on-demand online storefronts. Many of my health concerns seem to be stress related and having the opportunity to select pre-screenings so that I can better advocate for the direction of my care; reducing the stress of convincing a doctor that further testing is needed so that a diagnosis can be made or that a referral to a specialist is necessary. Patients live in their bodies for a lifetime and know that body better than an overworked professional who may have had a half day lecture 10 years ago, on what you are most concerned about. PersonaLabs gives patients a key to show the gatekeepers guarding broader evaluations, that we shouldn't have to wait until something is an emergency for urgent care, and that we can be be proactive instead, by using existing systems that empower patients to expand their own knowledge about chronic health concerns, changes in various physical functions, and how to delay specific declines in health, due to the natural aging process. I noticed that PersonaLabs has broadened their services to help patients save money on prescriptions through www.personalabsrx.com. Perhaps it's also time to consider offering screening for best match of certain prescriptions to improve outcomes based on a patient's dna profile: I'd love to see PersonaLabs partner with a dna pharmacogenetics screening firm to assist patients and primary doctors in selecting appropriate prescriptions for anxiety and related mental health diagnoses, since I've twice had doctors, off the cuff, offer me one of their favorite solutions to someone walking in with white-coat hypervigilance. Personal lab stopped contracting with Sonoran Quest and only provides through Labcorp, which does not provide me with the options I want for proper testing based on what my doctor wants. Super disappointed as I have used them for years.

So easy to search, get information and purchase from the website. Customer services always A+++. However, on my recent purchase I didn't receive confirmation emails or link to generate my order. I checked spam but nothing there either. I like those.....
