It was a pleasure buying a new mattress at your La Brea ave. ,Los Angeles store. I have a few special needs, I am in a wheelchair & transfering can be a problem. The salesman listened carefully & immediately addressed each of my needs. i found what I'm sure will be my perfect mattress. The mattress will be delivered in 2 days. I'm looking forward to my new bed!

Came in there for the first time, told the guy we wanted something between $100-$500 and he immediately proceeded to find us the right mattress. We purchased one that very day.

Helen was excellent! After checking several other mattress stores, we walked into Ortho Mattress in Santa Clarita on a Sunday evening, still not sure what we wanted in a king mattress set. Helen took her time to explain everything, showed us numerous options and brands, was patient while we decided, and ensured we were happy with our purchase. We got a great mattress set, comparable to other stores, for a lot less. We would definitely recommend Ortho Mattress to others!

Great Service and Quality

I love my new Beautyrest mattress but realized after that it was on sale cheaper at other places.

I visited the store and explained my issues with my current bed and sleeping. The sales associate pinpointed a mattress for me in mere seconds and after discussing it to make sure it was what I needed he performed the sale quickly. I think it took all of an hour maybe, but I am also a quick sale because I typically know what I need. Just slept on the mattress and my back, which had been in pain for years, feels great! Thanks!
