Great tasting high quality products the only negative is they are extremely hydroscopic so once you open the packet have to use up quickly as they tend to clump as they absorb moisture.

Quick service; the powders are very nice to use in blending with other powders and have very agreeable flavour profiles. I appreciate the low-temp drying process as it gives a different 'powder' form than freeze-dried while improving nutrient retention (the tech process works well - interesting reading that, thanks).
