I was very disappointed with my purchase of the Adidas Liverpool jersey. After placing the order, I was hit with hidden shipping and import-related costs that were nearly the price of the jersey itself. If I had known the total cost beforehand, I would not have purchased the product. Adidas should clearly disclose estimated shipping, customs, or additional fees before the order is finalized and shipped. Instead, I only found out afterward and was told that if I didn’t pay the fees, I could face additional charges. That felt very misleading and unfair as a customer. While the jersey itself is nice, the lack of transparency around the true total cost completely ruined the experience for me.
