DISAPPOINTING - Ordering from the official Liverpool FC store was a letdown because the item arrived in generic packaging, completely devoid of any LFC branding. I had expected a gift experience that reflected the official source, but the unbranded delivery made the purchase indistinguishable from buying the same item at a local, unofficial shop. Was not worth the customs fees having it delivered to SA.

Overall, I really liked the product — the material and delivery were great. The only downside was that the name and number started peeling slightly from the corners when I first opened it. Still, as an LFC fan, I can’t say I dislike it, just a bit let down by that detail.
