Great as usual

I had ordered a personalised item for an occasion coming up and it was past the delivery due date and I still had no parcel so I contacted the customer service who then couldn’t find the order and needed proof of payment. That was fine and I sent over that I had paid for the item and few hours later got an email to say the item wasn’t prepared but they will send another one out within 1-3 days and I received my item on time, thank goodness. After the first email I had read the reviews from other people and they have been mostly negative so I was really hesitant if i would actually receive my item but I did eventually and it was just as described.
