Unfortunately, my experience with the website has been frustrating. The payment submission often fails and requires multiple attempts before it goes through. Applying the 10% member discount is unnecessarily complicated and feels like a nightmare. In addition, the website is very slow, which makes the overall user experience poor. I hope these issues can be addressed to make the site more reliable and user-friendly.
