I noted a smudge on the top of the laminate surface on the Eames table that was permanent. I emailed HM, and was delighted that a replacement would be shipped. The replacement table is perfect. Shipping was without issue and the customer service was superb.

The shipping was great, it is a larger box, but it fits up my normal sized stairs with another person helping push it up, while I pull. The sale person allowed me to sit on the sample chair for hours at the show room, which I appreciate since I want to be absolutely certain that the chair works. The nice thing is that the feel of the new chair is identical to the one in the showroom. The color selection for the fabric is nice too.
