Shipping was relatively quick to NZ given it was free, was a week and a half or so. The website was easy to navigate and selection of product + add-ons was clear. Order took a while to show as processed but I did order during a major sale so was expecting that. Overall the experience was good and took minimal effort. Multiple payment options were available including my preferred choice of PayPal. The Comet KVM itself is fantastic, physical build quality feels very good, the case is very similar to a FLIRC rpi case. The only downside was that the supplied intl power adapter did not come with an AU/NZ option so I had to purchase a separate one locally. This was a very minor $11nzd inconvenience however. All required cables were included and the setup manual was easy to read. The additional ATX control board add-on came with all necessary cables as well as simple to follow instructions, if it doesn't work as it should then you have the polarity wrong. Device setup was easy as. Adopting it into my pre-existing tailnet with native tailscale support was a 30sec job. Having kvm at a remote site is fantastic, if the server hangs on reboot its no longer a 6hr drive return trip that I've done 3 times in 18mo with each trip cost being more than that of the Comet itself. I would highly recommend the unit and may purchase another for a different project.

The email from "Customer Support " (via bounce-us. 17track. net) are all in gmail spam folder. This is fatal when the shippment has trouble to send to user because the notification email are sent by this system and we may easily ignore them.

Ordered the Slate 7 but delivery person left the package in an unsafe place (on the ground floor lobby on the ground in the open). Obviously the package got stolen as a result. I contacted customer service and another package was ordered and delivered in a short period of time. Excellent customer service.
