I was recommended to Cigar Federation by a friend of mine that has been ordering with the company now for a few years. He talked highly of the Boutique style brand cigars that they sell especially the Halloween release that drops which I was able to score last year. Ever since I started ordering from them I’ve never been happier with the quality of cigars I’ve gotten. When I tell you that the descriptions talked about in the bios of each cigar is dead on wow it’s mind blowing. I got some new ones the other day that I’m ready to jump into but of course I don’t rush because you want them to sit in your humidor for two weeks at least. When I received the order they were packed well. A bovida pack was included to keep them fresh. The 5 I received seemed dry and very hard to the touch. I put them in my humidor for 10 days. They felt better so I lit one up. The wrapper cracked in two places while smoking. The cigar had a very pleasant taste I enjoyed the smoke. I contacted CF and they sent out replacement cigars. I have ordered in the past with no issues ever and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the customer service on this order. Thank you Scott P.
