I’ve been very impressed with not just the ordering and delivery process, but also the quality of cigars offered

I was pleased with the email (only) communication and your fast follow up emails after my first order. Additionally, we changed the order and that went smooth. The price for Viaje Zombie cigars was great for a new release. My only tweak is that your photos are too overly lit and sharpened. My other cigar wrapper ordered does not have such a toothy grainy bright yellow wrapper as an example. Then I upgrade to great.

Every order and every customer service interaction has been perfect with Cigar Federation. I can't say that about other companies. The cigars have always been fresh and the people friendly and knowledgeable.

I love the cigars and the service. Not one bad experience yet.

I buy most of my stogies from CF now. I rely on the the descriptions and they are always spot on.

Best smokes on the planet. Great packaging and service

Always the latest and greatest from cigar federation. Ships in a timely fashion. My number one choice when i need more cigars.

The name tells the whole story. Smooth, rich, dark chocolate, pure flavor and excellence. This was a great smoke and even better experience. Light draw, even burn, lasted about 1hr 20 min. Price is phenomenal. Great quality sticks for what most consider budget pricing.

Ordering is easy and they have new items all the time the limited editions are my favorite and customer service is fast and easy

CF always has an awesome selection of unique cigars at an exceptional price! This is my go to place to pick up unique cigars for gifts and to treat myself!

The cigars showed up in great condition. Shipping was a little slow, but the cigars did show up and were in great condition.

Cigars are reasonably priced and shipped was relatively quick. Enjoyed my smoke.
