I recently placed an order through the official store and paid for shipping at checkout, as expected. However, at no point during the purchase process was it clearly indicated that additional customs charges would apply upon delivery. When the parcel arrived in Spain, I was required to pay an extra €18. 12 to receive it. This came as a complete surprise, as this cost was not clearly communicated beforehand. After contacting customer service, they confirmed that this information is only included within their shipping policy page, but not clearly presented during checkout. They also refused to offer any compensation or goodwill gesture, despite the lack of transparency. I chose to buy from the official store due to my affinity with the club, even though the product was available from other retailers such as Adidas. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing and does not reflect a customer-friendly approach. I would recommend future customers to be cautious, as the final cost may be significantly higher than what is shown at checkout.

Not happy gave loyal custom and also im a life long supporter of club but made order for 2 t shirts and 2 football kits and one t shirt was missing with no explanation or part refund which I find embarrassing and shocking service

Imagine placing an order, where it LETS you place a NEXT DAY delivery and you pay extra for this. It is now day 5 since the order and then for customer service to say it does not ship next day to northern Ireland. Customer service is useless. It's completely misleading and false advertising. It should be stated clear that it does not work for northern Ireland. It shouldn't even let you pick it in the first place once you put in the post code. Absolutely diabolical. Be warned.

Something I ordered on 17th November 2024 still hasn't arrived with my friend in Germany. It was handed off to a courier who has apparently failed to find the address and it is now on its way back to the UK. Celtic will not send out a replacement until the original has been returned. It was a babygrow for his newborn, the wee guy will have outgrown it by the time it arrives. Customer service has been responsive at least but they haven't helped in any measurable way.
