I would like to post a review in regards to the horrible customer service that you receive. I did not receive a delivery for November and God forbid that I was just anxiously waiting for my email notifications to see if it was coming in or not. Today when I finally decided to check it when I found out and I emailed them thinking that they would explain and re-ship or whatever. . well needless to say I guess they forget who the customer is and who’s paying Sooo on that note, I do not have anymore for this month. Next month is one month since my surgery and I had to go purchase something from the local store as a supplement. . now customer service wants me to check with my neighbors to see if they have it or where it’s at, in case I got delivered to the wrong address. I do not have neighbors. I have a resort across the street from me so I guess I’m supposed to go knock at the guest and ask them. Did you get my bariatric vitamins? Amazing how they want to think that I’m gonna get rich off of one month supply. !! Such a pitiful rep, go check with your neighbors really! They get No stars!! They act like I’m going to profit off of 1 month of vitamins! I would’ve continued purchasing them, but obviously I’m just gonna ask my doctor to recommend somewhere else won’t be going through these people.
