I purchased maamoul, quality was not good. I returned and waited for months for it to be replaced only to be told that the manager did not approve to replace the item. Very disappointed as we are loyal customers to the Al Seef branch. . .

The website is user friendly, shipping and delivery were fast. They do not deliver though unless you sign that you received them. If you want, you can opt online that you want them to be delivered without signature! Will be ordering again around Christmas, thank you for such an amazing Lebanese store and experience!
