I am very pleased with my slim elite Buck 110. It is my trusty, sharp, everyday carry. I love that my Buck is made in America by well rooted Christians. My grandaddy and my great grandaddy carried a Buck 110 traditional every day. I beleive in my knife and the family behind it. Thank you.

I have always produced knives for the ages. I have knives hand down to me from my dad. I have added several Buck knives of my own and will pass them all down to my son one day. Recently, Buck seem to be missing detail. I bought a 119 "Stealth Run #011". The Blade was not sharp by any stretch of the imagination. the edge had heavy grind marks like it missed the the whole sharpening process while in production. A second 119 bought at a local shop had an edge that was ground at a steeper angle on one side than the other. I had to completely reform the edge. Both has substantial "swirl" marks in the aluminum fittings. I masked the handle and blade and polished the marks out by hand. As a personal preference, I never could understand why Buck leaves the area under the index finger square. It feels blocky and does not lend itself to proper grip. I always Modify the handle to allow the index to around the knife so that the index can lock behind the thumb. Enable better control of the knife and feels so much better in the hand. Buck should profile their larger knife handles like this.
