We ordered 38 boxes of the hearthstone tile, underlayment and grout and were very pleased with the shipment. The packages arrived by FedEx Freight with no damage to the outside of the pallet, and in all the boxes of tiles, only one was cracked on one side. We could still use the tile in our project, so it didn't go to waste. Very happy with the way it installs and so far so good. The only difficulty I would say would be the grout, it is very gritty and hard to wipe it all off the tiles. I hope it wears well, only time will tell. But so far we are extremely pleased with the installation and look of our new front entryway and kitchen.
