Easy custom ordering, fast delivery

I don't typically write reviews, but credit is due! I ordered Matte Custom Die Cut labels and what arrived was not what I thought I was getting. I reached out to customer service and Katie took on my case. She listened to my concerns, explained any confusion, helped me get the correct item and size, and was able to get the corrected item shipped to me at no charge. Her responses were quick, easy to understand, and the turn around for the corrected product was within 2 weeks of the first email detailing the issues. As someone who is in the label and packaging Industry, I am so thankful for Katie and the team at Stomp.

I have been ordering from Stomp for a few years now after another small business owner recommended it. I love the customer service that i received over the years. The labels have come out clean and to my liking each time i have ordered them. I do find your prices a little higher than others that i have worked with and sometimes wish you provided better prices compared to the competitors incentives, but the customer service and the quality has made it worth my time so far.

I was kicking myself because I ordered labels but was unhappy with the artwork and should have spent more time on it. After thinking on it all night I emailed support in the morning asking if I could cancel and resubmit my work. They were super responsive and helpful! Luckily I emailed them fast enough and they canceled my order first thing and I was able to submit my new work. They wished I was having a fantastic week and seemed very friendly. I even emailed back thanking them and they responded again saying my new order came through, and thanked me. As someone who just started a new business that is the kind of service I hope to bring to my customers as well. Shout out Lisa!
