Terrible customer service. Used a shipping company that has not yet delivered the item, but twice canceled the delivery day-of when I had already driven 2 hours to reach the drop-off location.

Great table (XTR Pro). Excellent customer service; answered all my many questions. Table arrived very well packaged and thus in perfect condition. The table fits nicely folded up against a wall in my garage and is easy to pull out and open up. Now that we've done the assembly once, we could possibly do it again in the 20(?) minutes as advertised, but it took us over an hour, even with the excellent instructions and diagrams. But what's an hour when the table is going to last for many, many years?!

Everything was easy - reviewing products, selecting, ordering and delivery. Obviously, the product is excellent as well.

The cyber shape racket feels good in the hand but the rubber quality is mediocre. The tackiness is low and the speed from the rubber is not high either. Decent control for backhands but not good for spin heavy players.

Compared to other "normal" paddles this one is noticeably superior. I have only one and when we play we have to take turns with it bcos it's the best lol. Great product!

The table went on sale before it was delivered to us and Stiga refused to honor the sale. Unfortunate. . . .
