Asked and paid for a transfer cut decal and received a logo with a clear background around the full logo without anyone reaching out to us to discuss that this would be needed on the logo. Unfortunately unusable.

I ordered two customized clings. They turned out great but they took a really long time to arrive. I got an email that they had shipped on the day they were supposed to arrive. There was not any communication about the delay. Would I order again, probably, but I would not count on them arriving promptly or on the originally projected date.
