I just received my daughter’s personalized medical bracelet and I am BEYOND happy! Everything looks so nice, clear and very professional! I love that the band is adjustable for my little one so she will have it for a long time as she grows! I’m very happy I was able to customize both sides as my daughter’s medical needs are lengthy. I wrote a review on the paper clip style women's steel bracelet. I complained the clasp was very difficult to work without another person to help, even with a'bracelet buddy'. They immediately emailed with an offer to exchange the bracelet, and made several suggestions. I kept the one I have because I decided to wear it 24/7 rather than remove at night. It's extremely comfortable, and I don't even notice it's on. Highly recommend the bracelet style, AND the company.

The medical alert was engraved to perfection and it came very quickly. The price can’t be beat.

I order and received my Wisconsin DNR Bracelet. It came to big and with the wrong clasp. I called and they said they were sorry and helped with sizing and would ship out another. It came and was perfect.

The bracelet is very sturdy and of high quality. I've had some issues with is scratching things near my wrist, but I think that's because the bracelet is too big. I reached out to customer service about this and they were extremely responsive in resolving the issue.

The bracelet is a substantial bracelet, heavier than I expected and of good quality. Unfortunately my husband lost it the first day he wore it. :( He has dementia and I don’t know if he lost it by accident or on purpose.

I really like my medic alert bracelet. My only issue is that it is too big, and I did measure my wrist prior to ordering and it appeared that it would fit well. If I bend my arm, it slides down toward the wrist and if an EMT or medic doesn’t check beyond the wrist, I’m in trouble. I may have a jeweler take out a few links.

I ordered a medic alert tag that was engraved. I was very pleased with the tag. The engraving was clear and the tag itself was high quality. My order arrived timely. I also had to contact customer service after I submitted my order to make corrections. The representative was very polite and accommodating. I was very pleased.
