I called to see if there was any way to send an engraved DNR bracelet back due to it being just slightly to small. They were able to send me an extender at no charge, which I couldn't believe! I am so grateful that my patient will be able to wear his bracelet now. I believe I spoke with Sheri, and was genuinely so kind and pleasant. Thank you All! I just received my daughter’s personalized medical bracelet and I am BEYOND happy! Everything looks so nice, clear and very professional! I love that the band is adjustable for my little one so she will have it for a long time as she grows! I’m very happy I was able to customize both sides as my daughter’s medical needs are lengthy. My husband and I appreciate the excellent service that Sticky Jewelry employees provided. When I phone the company with questions about ordering our medical IDs, we received a prompt call back from an actual person who was knowledgeable and polite. The web site was easy to use too. We were deciding between two suppliers at the time, but the response from this company made our decision easy. Our bracelets arrived quickly and we are pleased with the way our necessary information is engraved on the reverse side of our ID bracelets. Being in our 80s with each of us having medical issues, we are now confident that any first responder would quickly be aware of our Ouy Of Hospital Do Not Resusitate request. Our only suggestion is that this company and other similar ones advertise via TV and in print (such as the AARP magazine) as many people our age still rely on these modes of communication. We had not known the importance of such a need for a DNR until alerted to the potential severe consequences of not having this notice until our physician told us about it.

Purchased this DNR bracelet for mom, who is 96 years old. I never realized how important a DNR bracelet is. I thought having DNR paperwork on file was good enough. I found out that in the state of Wisconsin, the EMT's would need immediate proof that the individual had a valid DNR. My telling them she had a DNR on file would not be good enough. This DNR bracelet has her name on it and she can only get the bracelet by filling out the proper paperwork and having her Dr sign it. The bracelet is of nice quality and she is wearing it all the time.

I ordered three copies of the necklace for my husband. The ordering process was easy and I was very pleased that I could have not only his name, but also my name & phone number, on the tag. It was very easy to remove the tag from the necklace chain, so I could use a small O-ring to attache the tag to the tracker that I have him wear due to his dementia. I use the same process to add the tag to the zipper on his wallet and to the emergency call button he wears in the retirement center that we live in. So should something happen to him when he is not with me, whoever finds him can easily contact me. This is great peace of mind for me.

I wrote a review on the paper clip style women's steel bracelet. I complained the clasp was very difficult to work without another person to help, even with a'bracelet buddy'. They immediately emailed with an offer to exchange the bracelet, and made several suggestions. I kept the one I have because I decided to wear it 24/7 rather than remove at night. It's extremely comfortable, and I don't even notice it's on. Highly recommend the bracelet style, AND the company.

I order and received my Wisconsin DNR Bracelet. It came to big and with the wrong clasp. I called and they said they were sorry and helped with sizing and would ship out another. It came and was perfect.

The bracelet is very sturdy and of high quality. I've had some issues with is scratching things near my wrist, but I think that's because the bracelet is too big. I reached out to customer service about this and they were extremely responsive in resolving the issue.

The bracelet is a substantial bracelet, heavier than I expected and of good quality. Unfortunately my husband lost it the first day he wore it. :( He has dementia and I don’t know if he lost it by accident or on purpose.

The bracelet is slim but sturdy. Perfect!
