I could not believe how quick the shipping was. Almost 5 days from the time I placed my order.

Customer service is great - great communicator and patient. SHIPPING was quick however Fed Ex delivered to the wrong address. Not the fault of Lorex. 2 Stars removed as there seems to be something defective with these type of 4K+ Ultra HD 12 MP cameras and the company does not seem to have a solution for it.
