First let me say, I received my order in a timely manner. The shipping fees were great so I did not mind shopping for goods. There was no need for customer service as my order was packed perfect. I bought two pairs of shoes and I've worn my black pair two days in a row, they are really comfortable and I can move around freely in them. I love that I can dress them casually.
