After I talk to a physical person, the rest of my order went well, but I had to do that first just to get an exchange, but it did work well and I received my new size in just a couple days and it worked out very well so I was completely satisfied

I thought the shoes were actual wood, but they are not. I am kind of disappointed. I will keep them because they are cute.

These have been my dream shoes forever. They are true to size so you might want to size up if you don’t want a neat fit. I’m an eight but for future reference I would get an 8. 5! The shoes came perfectly wrapped and in amazing condition.

These are so gorgeous I can’t wait to wear them for my reception dinner.

My daughter loves her Steve Madden’s and she receives compliments every time she wears them! Since they are pure white I am glad they arrived in July ( the first delivery was missing the right shoe!) and great customer service expedited the resend !

I’m 5”1 and 101lbs and the size 5 boots fit perfectly. I was afraid the fit would be loose on my calves but that wasn’t a problem! Perfect fit and great quality!

Customer service and shipping have been excellent. However, I’m really disappointed with the sizing. I originally ordered a women’s size 8, but it was way too big, so I had to return it. I then ordered a size 7. 5, and it’s still much larger than expected. The measurements don’t match what’s listed on the website my size 7. 5 measures 25 inches, even though the website says it should be 23. 8 inches. I would love to return it again, but unfortunately I need it, so that’s not really an option. I had to tight it and use big socks for the shoes to feel comfortable.
