If there’s one thing I’d love to see improvement is some bigger sizing like 11+ for all women’s shoes. Maybe even some wide fitting shoes because that’s and issue for many women like myself.

I checked the size guide for style of shoe I was purchasing. Using my EU size I ordered the corresponding size. It turns out after wearing them in my house for a week that they were too big. Steve Madden was excellent at helping me manage the return for a refund so that I could purchase the correct size!

Very cool and comfortable. I followed the size chart and measured my foot, which told me I was an 8 when I'm usually a 9. 5, but I got an 8. 5 just in case, and it was a bit snug. So I would say the size chart isn't accurate and just go half a size smaller than your usual.
