They should offer and exchange when it’s wrong size in this cases and also the ref turn process is so unfair tou charge for delivery on top of that even if it’s not change of mind and extra money cut off from original order due to return that is ridiculous!very disappointed

New favourite shoes

I bought these in the gold and silver. The front strap of this shoe absolutely killed my toes. The height of the heel was fine but the front strap had no give and I barely lasted 30 minutes at a wedding ceremony. They were off and I was changing into my emergency shoes from the car within seconds of the ceremony ending. I usually have a good experience with Steve Madden shoes but these were soo not it.
