Steve madden is my favourite shoe brand. Loved it absolutely! Style with an amazing price tag!

I ordered these for my wedding. Then needed to change the size. The company were impossible to deal with in terms of returning. Once I finally did get them to allow the return, they lost the shoes in their warehouse. The only reason I finally got a refund is because I had copies of all of the auspost documents stating they had been returned and photos of the shoes. I kept asking to speak to someone different or to have a phone number to call but instead I had to wait 1-2 weeks for an email reply. Worst customer service experience ever.
