Fast shipping but what's up with the quality of these underwear brand Very upsetting !!

It’s hard to review a product that I don’t have. The Step one website indicates that it should’ve taken me one to three days from dispatch to receive my product here in Dallas, Texas. According to The tracking data I may get my product tomorrow making it about a six day endeavor. Listen up I don’t care when I get my boxer briefs, but asking me to review a product that I don’t have seems kind of dumb. I have the track and can determine that I don’t have the product. Why can’t Step one?

Size is small. Get a size larger if you are close to the next size.

Ordered these April 1 and they are arriving April 11 one day before surgery. How hard is it to put two briefs in a bag and ship it on its way? Need to improve on your turnaround time.

Great product! Wish the US site offered women's. My wife is currently on the UK site looking for some for herself. We both wish the Australian sites limited edition colors were available in the US and in ALL cuts!
