I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received. I purchased the Stella 2. 0 and had to return because I wanted a portable version. I returned it and because THE CARDBOARD BOX was torn (I couldn’t open it without tearing it) I was charged $75 restocking fee. So I have spent 100+ dollars and have nothing to show for it. I had placed an order for the Stella Go before I realized the poor service and asked to cancel and was told no it had already shipped. Now I am being asked to spend again for return postage so I will be out another $40 to return bringing my total spend to $140 for NOTHING. Never do business with this company

The cord was replaced quickly. Received the new lamp quickly. I never received the discount that was offered and I sent an email asking about the Stella Sphere and no one responded. Any questions?

the adaptor was probably fine. It would have been a better experience if the lamp didn't start to smoke and smell of electrical fire. Adaptor is going back. I'm not sure what I'm doing with the lamp

I have the Stella One and wasn't sure if the Stella Two would be much brighter. But I was amazed at how much brighter it is. I love all my Stella lamps but am so happy I got the Stella Two.

By far, the best lighting for a Needlepointer!

Love the mobility. I can take it to wherever I’m doing handwork. Not having to have an outlet nearby is fantastic. I have several Stella lamps…two Edges, 2 Floor, and 2 plugin in desk lamps. I have macular degeneration, and these lamps let me continue to do what I love.
