Love my Stella!! Thank you!

Our favorite knitting, crochet, embroidery, hand sewing, puzzle building, all hobbies, and reading lamp EVER!

I love my two Stella lamps. Use them daily for my stitching. My aging eyes need the execelnt lighting.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received. I purchased the Stella 2. 0 and had to return because I wanted a portable version. I returned it and because THE CARDBOARD BOX was torn (I couldn’t open it without tearing it) I was charged $75 restocking fee. So I have spent 100+ dollars and have nothing to show for it. I had placed an order for the Stella Go before I realized the poor service and asked to cancel and was told no it had already shipped. Now I am being asked to spend again for return postage so I will be out another $40 to return bringing my total spend to $140 for NOTHING. Never do business with this company

Accurate descriptions of product and functions with ease if use.

The power adapter arrived quickly and worked perfectly--could not be happier.

Item does not close nor work contacted Charla in customer service who said that wasn’t possible and had to speak to her supervisor No call back all day

The cord was replaced quickly. Received the new lamp quickly. I never received the discount that was offered and I sent an email asking about the Stella Sphere and no one responded. Any questions?

Sent wrong color

Quick Shipping! Thank You!

Except for the slightly long wait until the Stella GO lamps were available again, everything else was perfect. Easy ordering. Amazing packaging. Fairly constant communication and updates from Stell a and a fantastic end product. Well done guys!!

My edge works perfectly. Thank you

the adaptor was probably fine. It would have been a better experience if the lamp didn't start to smoke and smell of electrical fire. Adaptor is going back. I'm not sure what I'm doing with the lamp
