Everything is very well

Less than 24 hours after I ordered the holster I realized I had a p365xl instead of the P365X and I sent a couple emails saying I wanted to make a change still wanting to do business. Never heard anything back and they have no phone number to call. 5 weeks later I get the holster and it says p365X on the paperwork, luckily my gun fits in there and the holster is good quality but not getting any feedback or updates from stealth gear wasn’t cool

No one has ever gotten back to me on any of my customer servicer inquiries, and right now I'm owed F$12. 91 because my refund was processed inappropriately. I've never been able to get ahold of anyone at the company to have things resolved.

When I first started using Stealth Gear I was able to com into the ohysical and try certain things to make sure that was what I was looking for. I don’t like the online Store for that purpose. I tried coming to your office, but it said they didn’t see customers and I needed to call some number.

Customer service was amazing. I ordered the wrong holster. I sent an email pretty quickly and within hours of that email the problem was fixed. It took a while to get the holster but well worth the wait.

I’m sure I will love this one as much as I love my other two!

Love my holster.

Loving the product so far, the mold of the Kydex is very accurate and fits my CZ75 like a glove. The mesh backing is very comfortable and after a few days of wearing it the holster starts to mold well to your hip. My only complaint is I wish the clips had better retention, they are flimsy plastic clips. The plastic clips won’t hold on to your waist band properly and will require a quality belt to keep it in place while drawing your firearm. I plan to swap out the clips for some metal clips and should fix my concerns. Overall great product but could be amazing with higher quality clips.

The holster was a gift. The lead time was 2-4 weeks but apparently it’s “fluid” which means you can just do whatever you want and it’s ok. It didn’t show up until Christmas Eve, but the Christmas party had already passed, so I had to gift it late. It took 5 weeks to ship.

The product was fantastic and the customer service could not have been better!!!
