I placed an order with STAX and unfortunately didn’t receive part of my order due to it being delivered to the incorrect address by AusPost. JP from the customer service team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and resolved the issue quickly by offering a store credit, no questions asked. I absolutely love the products, the quality is amazing, and I will definitely be purchasing from STAX again.
