My order was packed great as always. I live in Iowa now and like to order from Statewide products to get my Chile fix. They were out of one product and called me to see if I wanted to wait or switch it out for something else, I thought that was great.

We really love the taste of the coffee! The only negative is the quality of the pods themselves. They leak and make a mess in our Keurig machine.
