Hi Sean / Team Stait, As you know, I'd been without Stait for a few months due to travelling with work / lack of foresight. I was struggling to make it to the gym and wasn't motivated to push much when I did make it. I've been back on Stait for only a fortnight and am back to looking forward to getting into the gym and my weights are going up significantly already. The mojo is back. I’ve been taking STAIT products daily for around 6 months now with overall positive results. I’ll be the first to admit working long hours, having a 5-year-old child (with regular sickness) and managing day to day life stress I’ve been far from perfect with diet and exercise during this time. I take the STAIT tablets religiously morning and night, the herbal tea and superfoods powder approx. 2/3 times per week and the creatine after a workout (currently 2 times per week). Despite these factors and lack of consistency, I’ve seen notable improvement in my digestion, energy levels and most important for me - immunity to illness.
