I’ve been taking STAIT products daily for around 6 months now with overall positive results. I’ll be the first to admit working long hours, having a 5-year-old child (with regular sickness) and managing day to day life stress I’ve been far from perfect with diet and exercise during this time. I take the STAIT tablets religiously morning and night, the herbal tea and superfoods powder approx. 2/3 times per week and the creatine after a workout (currently 2 times per week). Despite these factors and lack of consistency, I’ve seen notable improvement in my digestion, energy levels and most important for me - immunity to illness.
