I have not recieved this order

I ordered a frost-free tap for my new water butt (bought from another supplier). it was ordered after the butt but arrived long before it. What more can anyone ask?

Cheapest price for the part I wanted by miles not only that it was a brass fitting compared to the plastic one on sale elsewhere and fast delivery

There was the smallest of errors with the order , they sorted this out immediately with a personal email

I ordered a kit for next day delivery - it arrived a week later in which time I was fronted with aborted lab out cost. They do not have a number to call and take up to 48 hours to reply to email. The delivery arrived a week late and half missing. I would not use or recommend this supplier.

Customer service were particularly unhelpful we found. We can therefore not recommend this company. Our order number was #M2-2000298602
