Outrageous pricing
I went to purchase a basic "nose pillow" in store and it was out of stock. I was happy to take up the offer to have one posted out to me a few days later. When I went to pay I thought the young staff member (who by the way was very nice) said $35 which I thought was a little steep for a small piece of plastic but I was prepared to pay this much. When I checked my card statement a few days later I had indeed been charged $85!! This is completely out of the realm of being realistic for something that would cost just a dollar or two. In fact it is daylight robbery in my view.

I had a very good experience at ResMed. Helen explained my sleep test results clearly and she advised me to see my GP before deciding to trial renting a CPAP machine. I really appreciated that she didn’t push the hire. I spoke to my GP who advised a trial which I did.
