On fruit of the Looms website it states I would receive my order in 4 to 7 days it took almost 2 weeks. I was given an option to track my order and it kept changing delivery dates. In the beginning I was happy because from the tracking information I was to receive my product in 5-7 days but it ended up taking a little bit over two weeks.

I placed an order for a 5pk Reusable Cotton Face Masks for Adults, a 3pk Women's Tank Style Sports Bras and a 5pk Reusable Cotton Face Masks for children. The masks for children are too small for my grand, so I will either return them or donate to the neighborhood elementary school. My orders were all placed on the same day and shipped out the next; with the exception of the Sports Bras...THAT order was cancelled within the next day and the other items arrived by Sept 13, 2021. I have received an email stating that my Sports Bras are due to arrive soon as the one is back in stock. I'm not too happy that I have 25 masks designated as fitting up to 12 year old children and they actually are more befitting younger children. I'm shaving off stars for that alone.

I paid $18 for express 2-3 business day shipping but my order didn’t arrive for 5 because it wasn’t shipped express. In fact, it took 2 days to leave the warehouse. I requested a refund for the cost of the express shipping because my order would have arrived in the same amount of time if I hadn’t paid it. Customer service representative refused. Really annoyed. The quality of the garments isn’t great enough for me to want to order from fruit of the loom again. Too bad.

FedEx delivery took 17 days. No really, what’s up with that? Liked the boxers and sweats though.

Was time to update on items, and found a nice sale going on at the time. Love the new items received and the selection offered.

I didn't receive the second pack of underwear I ordered.

I tried several times to get discount code to work, tried several codes, coupons, etc. no luck. If they don't work they should not be listed so the customer thinks that they will be honored. Very poor business practice.

The shopping was fine. The delivery was the worst delivery I have ever experienced. I was informed that my deliver would be here in 2 days. Then I was told it was on the way. The date changed a 3rd and 4th time. I placed the order on the 13th, and it was finally delivered on the 25th. Had it been mailed by the USPS instead of FedEx, it wold have been delivered a lot sooner. Not sure if I will ever shop again at this site.
