I purchased the ($1,200 on sale) 1. 9 pendant for myself and the . 5 as a gift. The stones are fabulous, but I would have loved to have upgraded both the chain and setting into something more substantial and statement-like, directly from C&C. I ended up going to my local jeweler and spending $400 more on one 20” chain with a lobster-clasp and additional cost for having a new ring soldered in place because the existing one would not fit through the pendant’s small opening. I have not changed the chain on the smaller gift stone and am hoping for the best (to me it’s way too thin and fragile-looking). I am still not 100% satisfied, as the pendant does not swing easily. C&C, you make a truly beautiful gem, but please, allow upgrading options like a bigger setting, thicker chain, longer chain, etc. I want to wear this every day, all day.

This is a beautiful ring. I’ve gotten so many compliments too. The bezeled stones are not very noticeable unless studied. The center stone is just the right size though. The filigree is delicate and the petal like prongs are a unique touch. The only issue I have with this ring is finding a wedding band. This ring is absolutly stunning to look at and the picture does not do it justice. I also was scared it would catch on my clothing but that’s not the case. Love this ring.

I was very impressed with the quality and appearance of this lovely ring which with my fiancé proposed to me. I also thought that the setting style was very feminine and I will enjoy wearing my ring forever.

Picked out this ring for my (now) fiancee. The band is smaller in person than it appears online, but the ring is beautiful and she's absolutely in love. It sits higher than we thought it would off her finger, but she gets compliments on it every day and says it's incredibly comfortable to wear. I surprised my wife with 1ct/each earrings for Mother’s Day. She always wanted a pair of diamond earrings but that size would have been considerably more expensive. After extensive research, I decided to purchase Moissanite from Charles & Colvard. The earrings arrived in one week and I presented them to my wife. She absolutely adored them and I know this by her wearing them almost everyday since (it’s been about a month). No they are not diamonds, however, once you explain Moissanite is its own gem and simply has many similar characteristics of diamonds at a fraction of the cost, it makes for a sound investment. I love my new ring! It's beautiful and elegant, and it fits perfectly. I rated it 4 instead of 5 as the prongs holding the stone are uneven, but it's an imperfection I only noticed because I was analyzing it closely. Overall, really happy with the purchase.

Stone is beautiful beyond words. The gold is weighty and solid. Perfectly set stone with detailed finishing on the piece. The ring is designer quality which is what is expected of a setting with a stone this grade and size. Very pleased!

After waiting weeks for the earrings I ordered, sadly I was bitterly disappointed upon receipt. Two things immediately caught my eye. The posts were soldered at the very edge of the earring. The posts should be placed in the middle of the earring so they will sit properly on the ear. . . especially for those who have elongated piercings. From the image I saw on your web page, I got the impression the earring posts were centered. . . not placed right on the edge. The other thing is that for the amount of money charged for these earrings, I'd expect a heavier gauge post. These posts are so thin and flimsy that in no time they will bend and break off. I returned the earrings the day I received them. . . . so disappointed.

I was not impressed. I have sent the rings back to you and I am expecting you honor the 60 day return policy and put my $1500 back on my credit cars .

Long story short, I bought a ring not knowing it couldn't be re-sized from a 9 to a 5. Didn't find this out until 4 months down the road, outside of the free return period. They still let me return it and worked with me to make sure I got the new ring in a quick manner, which was good because the deadline was fast approaching. Their customer service is amazing and the ring is beautiful. I cannot say enough good about this company and the quality of their products. I have already been a return customer and will again in the future.

I have ordered my engagement ring and a custom band previously. In this transaction, I was trying to special order another band like the one I already had. I emailed customer service that I had worked with the first time, with no response. I called the customer service line and was told they had to get the SKU and they would call me back. They never did. I emailed again, and received an email asking my size. I replied and never heard anything back. I called again and was hung up on. I called again and finally got my ring ordered. It arrived very quickly, but I got an alert that bank account was double charged! It took over three months to get my ring ordered that came in two days. I was very enthusiastic about Charles and Colvard when my husband purchased my engagement ring but after this experience, I doubt I would end up shopping with them again.

This is my second ring from this company (first one was stolen) and it’s just as beautiful and radiant as the pictures show. It is absolutely stunning!
